Refund policy

Damaged Goods / Incorrect item shipped.

Must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt. Be sure to note any damage or poor box conditions when signing for packages. If a shipment arrives damaged or with parts missing, contact celluma@spavaro.com.immediately.

Our return policy maintains the best value and highest service level for all our customers. Returns and refunds are accepted only if product is defective or there is damage during shipping. All accepted returns will be replaced/exchanged for same product as ordered, no exceptions.

In the event you need to request a return authorization for an item you purchased with us – please email celluma@spavaro.com.

You have 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a return authorization.

Please note that no return will be accepted if used, without the original packaging or past the 7-day window of return request. All items returned must be received back within 30 days.

Refunds

We do not issue refund. Only replacement/exchange is allowed if item is faulty or damaged. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know of replacement/exchange shipping status.

Refunds & Payment Processing Fee

In the event of a refund issue, note that 3% will be deducted to cover payment processing fee of the original order transaction.
